Business relationships should not be one-sided.  It’s going deep in these relationships and  through the Realtor coaching their referral partners, it solidifies their position and will increase the business and opportunities for the referral partner.  By the end of this class, the Realtor will be able to leverage each of the partner’s sources, know the roles each have when working together, master the art of referring each other potential clients, cross selling conversations, schedule meetings for lead management and accountability, and going through the exercise of “assumptions and expectations”.

 -          Facilitating your own short sale transactions

The dynamic Jake Gienger & Roxane Webster joined forces in 2010 to develop a short sale business that could be sustained at a high level of integrity and professionalism.  The second part of their vision is something that will change how we view short sales:  a desire to teach others to do the same in what has become an increasingly challenging marketplace.

For the growing number of homebuyers interested in saving money on energy, there has not always been an easy way to find information about prospective homes. To respond to that gap, the Colorado Energy Office (CEO) developed recommendations for searchable energy fields for Multiple Listing Services (MLS) in Colorado. With 90% of Colorado’s homes now covered by a green MLS, REALTORS® have the opportunity to begin uploading information into these fields. Come join the Colorado Energy Office in a discussion about the benefits of the green MLS and how you can access this exciting new tool!
